Two walks organised by local anti-bypass campaigners

On Sunday 9th and Sunday 23rd April, Save Swallow's Wood and Alternative Proposals for Transport will be leading walks around the countryside that will be destroyed if the Mottram-Tintwistle bypass is built.

Details are:

Sunday 9th April, 1- 4pm - A walk around Tintwistle, Arnfield and the Nature Reserve. Meet by the Stocks, Old Road, Tintwistle at 1pm. To walk to the meeting from point from Hadfield Station, meet at the station at 12.10pm.

Sunday 23rd April, 2-4pm - A guided nature walk around Swallow's Wood. Meet at the bottom of Crossgate Lane, Tintwistle (off Manchester Road) at 2pm.
